Footlight is… PerformancesĮveryone gets a chance to perform a role or choose to crew backstage in the Festival of Plays. Spotlight Youth Theatre is an award-winning youth theatre dedicated to a welcoming environment for all, and to high quality shows and educational programs. The Footlights Youth Theatre provides a means of educating youngsters in the Hartlepool area in the subject area of theatre production. Sparks is for students in school Years 1 - 4 who wish to work at a faster pace and is perfect for children who are looking to eventually audition for our Footlight Youth Theatre Company. The program concludes with public performances by the entire Footlight Company. The Footlight staff are professional theater artists assisted by college interns. Intersted in the arts but dont know where to start, get in touch with us and we can help you out. We're open to all youth with a desire to explore their creative talents. Amy and Phoenix are Youth Theatre Northwests 2014 Footlight Guardian Award. The program fee is charged once a participant is cast. Kids of all ages and experience are encouraged to audition for the Community Footlight Players of La Grange Park.

Rehearsals and registration fees are per performance. The Footlight Program is a month-long youth theater day camp for children between the ages of 7 and 12, and a teen academy for those 12 and older for deeper study and training. Check out theater classes and camps offered Youth Theater Northwest. The Community Footlight Players of La Grange Park produce a winter and spring show each year.
